About the 360 program

The Medical Council of Canada (MCC) 360 is a national validated multisource feedback assessment tool that provides statistically significant feedback on your role as a communicator, collaborator, and professional.

The MCC 360 solicits insight from those who interact with you professionally: your colleagues, co-workers, and patients. It additionally involves a self-assessment.

Once you’ve gathered all your data, the Medical Council of Canada aggregates the results into an anonymized report. You’ll then review the report with a trained facilitator or medical leader to reflect on the summary 360 feedback and to build an action plan.

The unique value of facilitated 360 feedback

Using data from the MCC 360, a facilitator can help you to:

  • compare and reconcile data from your self-assessment;
  • accurately assess and interpret data; and
  • use the data to set your own goals and create an action plan for professional growth.
